Today, their organically farmed estate—set between roughly 1,400 and 1,650 feet on rocky volcanic soils—produces focused, age-worthy wines that reflect the mountain’s power and mineral edge, guided by Susan’s stewardship and the winemaking of Sam Kaplan.
