Vinícola de Nulles is a cooperative founded in 1917 that unites nearly 100 growers from the town of Nulles, located in Tarragona, just south of Penedès. Their wines are produced in a striking Art Nouveau winery designed by Cèsar Martinell, a protégé of Antoni Gaudí. Referred to as a “wine cathedral”, this architectural gem is purposefully constructed to support winemaking through the use of natural light and temperature control. With certified organic vines sitauted only 12 km from the sea, Vinícola de Nulles is committed to sustainable vineyard practices. Their goal is to create pure, Cava that authentically reflects its origins—offered at accessible prices. Their Brut Nature Rosé Cava is made from 100% Trepat, a rare grape indigenous to Catalonia.
