Crafted primarily from Carricante, it perfectly captures the volcanic terroir. The nose is bright and precise, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers, layered over a distinct core of crushed flint and smoke. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, taut, and energetic, with a vibrant, saline acidity that frames the pristine citrus and orchard fruit flavors. The finish is long, clean, and intensely mineral. A benchmark Etna Bianco with incredible tension and finesse.
