Full of energy, the 2024 entry-level bianco is – for me – better than Graci's slightly disappointing 2023 contrada bottlings, slightly helped by the lemony spike from 10% Catarratto. Bright aromas of lemon, camomile and peach introduce an intense, saline mouthful of mango, apricot and citrus peel, with some floral lift. Beautifully precise. (JB)

From one of the reference-point estates on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, the 2024 Graci Etna Bianco is a stunningly pure and mineral-driven wine. Crafted primarily from Carricante, it perfectly captures the volcanic terroir. The nose is bright and precise, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers, layered over a distinct core of crushed flint and smoke. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, taut, and energetic, with a vibrant, saline acidity that frames the pristine citrus and orchard fruit flavors. The finish is long, clean, and intensely mineral. A benchmark Etna Bianco with incredible tension and finesse.
