2023 Rafael Cambra "Soplo" Garnacha Valencia
92
Wine Advocate
Review Date: 01/2025The young and fruit-driven red 2023 Soplo was produced with 80% Garnacha and the rest Monastrell and Forcallà, fermented with 30% full clusters and matured in 17,000-liter vats and 500-liter barrels for six months. It has an easy profile—medium-bodied, clean and balanced, with fine tannins—and is dominated by red fruit and some spice. Very pleasant. It has 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3,6 and 5.1 grams of acidity. 45,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024. (LG)
