A very juicy and elegant Auslese that glides over your palate. It has only a hint of noble rot, but it really adds something to this beautifully proportioned, medium-bodied wine that’s frankly sweet but subtle and refreshing. Extremely bright and stony in the pristine finish. Drink or hold.

The vivd yellow colored 2024 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese opens with a super fine yet also intense Auslese bouquet reminiscent of pineapples, fully ripe peaches and apricots and also passion fruit intertwined with saline nuances of blue slate. Round and lush, this is a sensual and savory, saline and crystalline Himmelreich with ripe and finely grained acidity and a beautifully aromatic finish. Irresistible, this is what Manfred Prüm once called a "trinkauslese" (an Auslese to digest). This is impossible not to swallow. It is based on perfectly botrytized grapes. 7% stated alcohol.
