The latest Harmony Collection release from The Macallan, "Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea," continues the series’ exploration of flavor and sustainability. This, the fifth release, was matured in a thoughtful mix of sherry-seasoned European and American oak with a touch of ex-bourbon, it shows the distillery’s deft balance of richness and finesse.
