2021 Jean-Claude Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Ruchottes

Here the phenolic character displayed by the Morgeot is a bit more prominent on the more elegant aromas of acacia blossom, citrus rind and discreet spice nuances. There is both slightly better mid-palate density and refinement to the medium-bodied flavors that display focused power on the clean and quite dry but not really austere finale that delivers excellent length. Lovely and well-worth considering.
