The Yarra Valley Chardonnay is a blend of fruit from grower vineyards and properties that Mac Forbes farms across both the upper Yarra and Valley floor. The wine ages for 11 months in old, neutral oak, both large and small format. At just 11.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.17, this is fresh and lean stlye of modern Australian Chardonnay.
