The seventh in the "Les Rendez-Vous" series from Billecart Salmon is an all Meunier champagne from the south facing slopes of Venteuil in the Marne Valley. It is based on 2018 and has been aged over five years on the lees. We only got 30 bottles of this rare cuvée! - Gary Westby
