From one of Liguria’s most iconic and traditionalist producers, the 2024 Punta Crena “Vigneto Isasco” is a stunning, single-vineyard expression of Vermentino. This is a wonderfully aromatic and savory white that perfectly captures its coastal terroir. The nose is bright and expressive, with notes of crisp pear, white peach, and citrus zest, layered with hints of fresh basil, almond, and a distinct, sea-spray salinity. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and beautifully textured, with a vibrant acidity that makes it incredibly refreshing. The finish is long, clean, and intensely mineral. A beautiful, terroir-driven white to serve with a slight chill.
