The 2013 Millesime Extra Brut will be released next year and is a blend from across all the parcels and pours a medium yellow/golden hue. Opening to ripe aromas of lemon oils, fresh flowers, white peach, and honeycomb, it’s full-bodied and fills the palate with a rounded mousse and a ripe feel with lovely underlying tension, with its more mineral texture lasting long on the finish. I anticipate this one only improving over the coming 15-20 years, and readers should feel in no rush to open these. (AF)
