Gortinore Distillers & Co. is a relatively new Irish whiskey venture (established around 2019) with a mission to blend Irish and American whiskey traditions. Their flagship line, Natterjack, is a triple-distilled blend made from roughly 20% malted barley and 80% corn, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in virgin American oak to bring in both smoothness and wood character.
