Built on a base of 2022 Frontenac from New York’s Finger Lakes, the wine is fortified and infused with thirty-four botanicals, including barks, roots, citrus, and herbs, then rested in used bourbon barrels and stainless steel. The result is a deep ruby digestivo that bridges the vinous and the bitter. On the nose, warm spice and dried fruit mingle with cedar and citrus peel.
