Hand-selected Weber Blue Agaves from Amatitán are cooked in a clay brick oven, crushed by roller mill and Tahona stone, and open-air fermented with fibers before being twice distilled -first in stainless steel, then in copper pot stills. The spirit then rests for three months in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, adding layers of soft vanilla, gentle spice, and rounded sweetness without masking the purity of the agave. Entirely additive free, Matíari Reposado balances vibrant vegetal character with subtle oak influence, offering a smooth, nuanced profile that is both rooted in heritage and refined for modern palates.
