The casks selected for Signatory's 30th anniversary have been painstakingly tended for decades. They represent the absolute finest stocks in this historic bottler’s warehouses, and none is more coveted than this 43-year-old Bunnahabhain. Distilled on January 29, 1975, and filled into an old refill sherry butt, it has been resting undisturbed and undiluted for over four decades. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 51.8% ABV without chill-filtration or coloring of any kind on September 7, 2018, only 276 bottles were produced and presented in a beautiful black box with custom Glencairn glasses. Considering the special price, this is easily one of the finest deals for very old whisky this year.
