The racy and detailed flavors possess an almost aggressive minerality that adds a sense of lift to the bone-dry, moderately austere and lingering if ever-so-slightly lean finale. This will very likely flesh out with a few years of keeping but if you don't age your whites, this may not be your cup of Pernand.
