Review Date: 01/2025The 2023 Marsannay Blanc La Charme Aux Prêtres (80% of which used to comprise the "Source des Roches" cuvée) has a perfumed, minerally bouquet that exudes energy. Edgy in style, the palate is very well balanced with a saline entry. Notes of sour lemon and orange rind carry through the oily-textured finish that shows plenty of extract. Very fine.(NM)

Separated out in 2023. Pale lemon colour. Slightly nutty and a little bit of confit de citron plus maybe fresh apricot. Clean acidity behind helps the tension. Almost edible in its style. I came back to this and found it a little easier to taste after Longeroies, more coherent. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Nov 2024.
