2022 Mayacamas Mt. Veeder Red Blend

Mayacamas Vineyards is located in the Mayacamas Mountains that divide Napa and Sonoma valleys. The historic stone winery is perched on the edge of a dormant volcano crater, near the top of Mt. Veeder. Originally built in 1889, Mayacamas is one of Napa Valley’s oldest wineries. The winery has been known for making lean, balanced, long-aging wines. Many vintages need a decade or more of cellaring to fully reveal their greatness. These wines bring one back to the old days of California wine, when wines were allowed to age gracefully and develop in the bottle.
