2024 Union Sacré "Edelzwicker" Central Coast White Blend (Orange Wine)

Union Sacré takes inspiration from Alsace while working with California’s Central Coast vineyards. This 2024 orange wine uses the traditional Alsatian term “Edelzwicker,” historically applied to blends of white grape varieties. Extended contact between juice and grape skins distinguishes orange wine production from conventional white-wine methods.
