The nose is wonderfully lifted and perfumed, with notes of sour cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petal, woven with hints of crushed stone, mint, and savory herbs. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and elegant, with a core of pristine red fruit framed by firm, incredibly fine-grained tannins and a vibrant, energetic acidity.
