Reviewed July 2026The 2024 Pinot Gris Vireton wafts up with a spicy blend of crushed nectarines, fermented ginger and lime. It washes across the palate with ease, round and soothing with a pretty inner sweetness and polished white pit fruits. It leaves a green melon inflection enhanced by hints of candied lime while tapering off with excellent length. (EG)

Founded in 1993, Archery Summit is based in Oregon’s Dundee Hills, one of the Willamette Valley’s nested appellations. The 2024 Vireton broadens the winery’s Pinot-focused portfolio with Pinot Gris carrying the wider Willamette Valley appellation.
