From the O Rosal subzone of Rías Baixas, this is a blend of 60% Albariño, 21% Loureiro, 12% Caíño Blanco, 7% Treixadura. The grapes are hand-harvested, and; each variety vinified separately. Fermented and aged in steel. With a few years of bottle age, the wine balances razor-sharp acidity with lush aromatics of marzipan, golden apple and quince paste.
