Reviewed July 2025A medium yellow hue that’s just a shade deeper, the 2022 Chardonnay El Diablo Vineyard comes from an east-facing site and opens to notes of smoky wet stones, quince, white grapefruit zest, and fresh peach. The palate is silky in texture, with ripe acidity and a long, lingering feel, featuring citrus oils and hints of vanilla on the finish. Drink 2025-2037. (AF)
