Domaine de Sulauze is a dynamic, biodynamic estate in Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, run by Karina and Guillaume Lefèvre on 100 hectares of mixed-use farmland just outside Miramas. With 30 hectares of limestone-rich vineyards, they produce vibrant, naturally made wines inspired by Corsican traditions and rooted in agroecology. The domaine is also home to a brewery, livestock, historic buildings, and a spirit of conviviality that shines through everything from yoga retreats to legendary pig roasts.
