Composed of 50% Marsanne, 35% Clairette, and 15% Ugni Blanc that grows on clay and limestone soils. Dry and with no malolactic fermentation. It's a delightful peach/pear tug-of-war with refreshing acidity and a gravelly finish that brings the fruitiness back down to earth.
