2022 Clos Roussely "Canaille" Gamay Touraine

Made with minimal intervention by fourth-generation winemaker, Vincent Roussely. Composed of organically grown, hand-harvested, low yield Gamay that grows on clay-limestone and flint-rich soil. Whole cluster fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
