2021 Domaine Tatsis Limnio Macedonia Greece (Natural Wine)

Limnio is an indigenous Greek red grape with ancient roots on the Aegean island of Lemnos, appearing in writings attributed to Aristotle. Domaine Tatsis, based in Goumenissa in northern Macedonia, presents the variety here in a 2021 natural-wine bottling that connects one of Greece’s historic grapes with a contemporary low-intervention tradition.
