Very pale colour with a green streak. In earthenware. Adds a touch of graphite to the clean pure fruit, refined, good acidity, and tension. A lime note to finish. Pure, if lightly nourished. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted Oct 2024.

The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté has a light bouquet with hints of yellow fruit and white linen. It has fine definition, though it's not intense. The palate is well balanced with fine weight and acidity, with a touch of bitter lemon perking things up on the finish. Enjoy this over three to four years.(NM)
