The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright straw color and boasts pithy notes of citrus, salty, white pepper, white grapefruit pith, and beeswax. It comes from vines on the estate that were planted in 1959. The palate is zesty and crispy, and it’s medium-bodied with a long finish. While there is no oak, this is a complete wine with some real viscosity and the potential for aging. Drink 2025-2032. (AF)
