Composed of Koshi Tanei with a semaibuai of 50% and an SMV of 1.5, Seven Junmai Ginjo 50 Sake is one to drink cool rather than cold as its pure elegance will be shut down by a cold serving temperature. When served cool— anise, sandalwood, melon, green banana and jasmine notes combine in a precise expression of fine sake. This is truly exceptional sake.

Email ScottThis elegant and rich sake has a white flower nose with scents of ripe watermelon and vanilla cream. In the mouth, a wonderfully rich texture with flavors of ripe yellow apples, anise and spices. All finished with a lingering, clean and crisp finish. This is sashimi grade sake to pair with only the best cuts of fish and shellfish.
