This is (most likely) my favorite sake of 2025, so far. It has an exciting nose of green melon, plantain banana and savory spice. Sooooo interesting! On the palate, medium-bodied, cantaloupe, additional green melon, fresh ginger and light honey. Like the "50", it also retains a long finish of fresh and crisp minerality. I tasted it before hearing of the price and expected it to be well over $100.00. So, the price was a very happy surprise. Very well done!
