This sake is super unusual and extremely unique. I find it to be something that would work best as a finishing sake, after a meal with nuts and chocolate or something similar. It is super savory (check that colour!) with a nose of soy sauce, mushrooms, fino sherry, marcona almonds. On the palate, smokey and savory with roasted nuts, brown butter, milk chocolate and caramel apple. So very unusual and tasty! Sake enthusiasts and sake geeks should really check this one out. It stands apart from the pack!
