2023 Domaine Jessiaume Santenay Blanc 1er Cru "Beauregard"

First picked on 25th August, because of rising pH in the young vines. The holding faces south-west in a cuvette which catches the sun. The white fruit has remained firm on the nose, while there is a generosity on the palate of pears and ripe apples, just enough acidity, a touch of liquorice, and fair length. Drink from 2026-2030.
