Note: 15% whole cluster. Enough wood to notice frames the ripe yet fresh aromas of red and dark pinot fruit cut with plenty of earth. There is a lovely sense of underlying tension to the slightly denser middle weight flavors that possess good power on the moderately rustic finish that displays notably better complexity.

Made with 30% whole bunches and 35% new wood. Mid purple, ripe raspberry, very firm structure on the palate, this is on the solid side, no sign of overcropping here. The Pommard Croix Blanche comes across as a little bit heady, though it registers barely 13.5%. Drink from 2029-2035. Tasted Nov 2024.
