Winemaker Mirko Balliana is a vocal champion of the Rive concept, and the Andreola winery makes a wide range of Rive-designated wines. The Rive di Refrontolo is a natural amphitheatre with rocky marl and sandstone soils, and the extra ripeness achieved here makes a convincing argument for terroir expression in Prosecco Superiore.
