This reminds me a lot of a tea I used to have growing up whenever I was sick, it was herbal, minty, and always made me feel better. This is a melody of many mints with what smells kind of like chamomile in the back, it's coming from so many minty directions it's a little confusing on the palate at first until it starts to unravel and then you get these minty flashes of each one as it goes by, this cacophony of minty flavors overwhelming the palate at each sip. It's just really fun and it livens up the palate incredibly well, I feel like this would be a really fantastic after dinner sipper, something kind of fun and just a little bitter to stare out into the inky blackness of night and contemplate the enormity of everything. You know, some light thinkin' and drinkin'.
