Sparks of minerality on the tongue add a layer of complexity to this surprising sensory experience. I still can't get over its modest price.

This Barbera overdelivers for its price with its purity of fruit and structure, brightness of acidity and Marasca cherry juiciness. It shines on its own but would be great with pizza, burgers and any pasta with red sauce. You can simply have with prosciutto and cheese and will make excellent pairing.
