Review Date: 02/2026

A blend of all their vineyards outside the 5 crus, mostly from Fuissé, including Vers Cras and Vigens Blanches, with about a quarter from Vergisson, and young vines of Menetrières and Tournant de Pouilly. Three quarters wood and one quarter in tank from the schistous soil sector in Fuissé. Pale in colour but lively and ripe with some sandalwood. Fresh crisp finish, white fruit with some greengage, good tension. Drink from 2027-2030. Tasted Jun 2025.

Vinous

Review Date: 08/2025
The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé—a blend of 50 plots around Fuissé, about half on limestone soils aged in barrel for 18 months (ten months in barrel and eight in stainless steel)—has a clean, precise bouquet. Though not amazingly complex, it conveys a sense of tension. The palate is well balanced with a slightly tangy entry, fine weight, orange zest and light spicy notes and plenty of sapidity on the finish. Just a delicious Pouilly-Fuissé.(NM)

Burghound

Review Date: 10/2025
Note: from Fuissé fruit that includes 10% 1ers. A ripe and fresh nose features vaguely exotic notes of citrus confit, white peach, apricot and a whiff of phenolic character. The rich, generously proportioned and solidly concentrated middle weight flavors terminate in a refreshing, lightly warm and lingering finish that could use better depth so a few years of keeping should help. A good PF villages.*Burghound Outstanding!*

Notes

Bill Nanson Burgundy Report: "The only wine that combines barrel and tank elevage – 25% tank for the grapes coming from granitic soils… Vigne Blanche and Vers Cras 1ers are included in this… A pretty nose, quite direct, with an inviting energy. Mouth-filling, a little mineral, modest citrus bitters and salinity, holding really well. There is much finesse here !!"(11/2025)
