Note: mostly from Fuissé fruit with the addition of a small percentage from Vergisson; 60% wood aging. Here the wood treatment is more apparent though by no means invasive on the pretty, even elegant, nose of white flowers, pear, apple and crushed fennel. I very much like the texture of the notably finer medium-bodied flavors that possess good vibrancy, all wrapped in a clean and attractively dry finale that could also stand to develop more complexity.
