2023 Calimist Mendocino County Sauvignon Blanc

From CCOF-certified organic vineyards across the county, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a small-lot fermented white made with native yeast in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels, then given five months in neutral French oak to age. Medium-bodied, it is profoundly balanced in its relationship between key lime fruit and mineral steeliness, with delicious acidity buoying the palate throughout. This is a refreshingly delicious and well-made wine that will continue to be delicious for another 5-7 years.
