2022 Perlegos Clements Hills Cinsault

Grapes from the Sprague Family Vineyard located in the Clements Hills AVA of Lodi, California. From the winery: "Lovingly farmed by the Sprague Family on gravelly loam in the hilly terrain of far-eastern Lodi. The wine was entirely fermented using native yeasts. 50% of the grapes were kept whole-cluster while 50% were destemmed. An aromatic bomb bursting with strawberry, rhubarb, and cherries."
