This wine has a soft little nose with orchard fruit, citrus, little bit of dried herbs, and a rocky sort of minerality on the very tail end. The palate is absolutely delicious, with soft notes of peach, green apple, lemon pith, and sweet orange peel. There's this amazing line of racy ripping acidity that rushes through the whole thing. This is incredibly fun and delicious, and there's almost a touch of spritz the acid pops enough on the palate. When it's hot and I'm in the sun, this is exactly the type of wine I want to have in the ice bucket next to me.
