2020 Domaine de Montbourgeau l'Etoile (Sous Voile)

The first white sous voile is the 2020 L'Etoile, 100% Chardonnay from different plots from a vintage with good concentration and complexity after the wine matured for almost three years, 18 months of which was spent under a veil of yeasts that gave it that distinct Jura twang. Time concentrated everything and alcohol too, to 14%. 6,390 bottles and 70 magnums were filled in April 2023. (LG)
