It is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice and is an easy-drinking crowd pleasing saké. The word 'ki' means 'raw' and 'ipon' means 'one piece' in Japanese. Therefore, 'ki ipon' is signifying that the end product is not adulterated or artificial any way, everything is pure and authentic.
