Distilled and aged in Kentucky for 10 years and 1 month, the 75/15/10 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley showcases the best of the state's famed bourbon tradition. Only 608 bottles produced. The palate opens with gingerbread cookies, caramel and stewed apples. It's rich and sweet. The palate is viscous and drinks much lower than it's stated 131 proof. On the finish there's a flash of nutmeg, tangerine and toasted oak. Dried spices linger on this long finish.
