Seelbach's is dedicated to 'unlocking craft spirits.' As a bespoke independent bottler, they've embraced patience, waiting for that special whiskey to cross their path. This is a blend of 5 and 6- year high rye bourbon barrels. The blend rested with new medium-toast French Oak staves and ex-bourbon Maple Syrup staves. Each barrel adds depth and complexity. The final batch marries notes of crème Brule, oak, and baking spice.
