Ohmine Shuzo is a fast-growing and popular sake brewery in Shuho-cho, Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Founded in 1822, the brewery was once shut down in 1955 but was revived in 2010 by a group of volunteers. It offers high-quality brews crafted with traditional methods and local ingredients. Their limited edition 3 grain is micro-production from locally harvested grain of specific origin bottled without color adjustment, pasteurization or water added.
