Gaspard "Bulles" Pineau d'Aunis Rosé Methode Traditionelle (Natural Wine)

The house label of Jenny & Francois, the "Gaspard" label means "bringer of treasure." All fruit is sourced from sustainable and organic growers with no use of herbicides. The wines are made with native yeasts, light fining and filtration and express the "joie de vivre" of this iconic importer's style. The "Bulles" is 100% Pineau d'Aunis from 80 year old vines. All grapes are hand harvested, first fermentation takes place in tank with native yeasts. The wine's secondary fermentation is in bottle. The wine is disgorged, topped up with more juice but with no added sugar. Total time in the cellar is 36 months. *Natural Wine*
