Loren Crossing also incorporates 14% Semillon into the blend to give weight, texture and complexity. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel, whilst the Semillon is raised in 320L "cigare" barrels made famous by Dagueneau in Pouilly Fume and Sancerre.
