This tiny batch from an extraordinary distiller in Miahuatlan is extremely scarce, with only 36 bottles available! A shimmering crystalline hue draws the eye. The near-perfect Karwinskii nose presents sharp mineral character entwined with vivacious citrus and subtle fresh grass notes. As it airs, hints of honeysuckle and papaya emerge, contrasting wonderfully with the building spice. On the palate, it's open and inviting. This mezcal shies away from smoke, instead highlighting pure lemon oil, tropical fruits, and subtle hints of mace and bay.
